Terms of use for kids games
Updated:
These apply to Landrise Kids games (Zoomia, Kioskee and other Landrise kids games) downloaded from Google Play.
Who provides the games
- Jan Šrédl (Landrise), sole trader, company ID 04330099, Lesní 518, 250 70 Odolena Voda, Czech Republic. Contact: support@landrise.app.
Using the games
- The games are made for children; a parent or another adult installs them and supervises their use. You may use a game on your own devices for personal and family purposes.
- The games, their artwork, texts and sounds are protected by copyright. You may not copy, sell, or modify and redistribute them.
Free and full game
- The first part of each game is free. A parent unlocks the full game with a one-time in-app purchase behind a parent gate. It is not a subscription and there are no further payments.
- The purchase is processed by Google Play under its own terms, including refunds. A purchase belongs to one game and to the Google account it was paid from. After reinstalling, you can restore it in the game’s parent area.
Data and privacy
- The games collect no personal data about your child and show no ads. Details are in the privacy policy for kids games.
Liability and changes
- We keep improving and fixing the games; content may change with updates. If something doesn’t work, write to us at support@landrise.app.
- These terms do not limit your consumer rights under Czech and EU law. We publish changes to these terms on this page with a new date.
